Additionally, quizzes help assess children’s progress. A parent on        Trustpilot reports that this approach to education is engaging for their children.

This is echoed by this user on Trustpilot, who says their children are excited to play their AdaptedMind game because it feels more like a fun activity than learning.

Other reviews Adapted Mind state that, while the app is helpful for their child’s education, there are some downsides. This user on Sitejabber says the app could be better if it were more focused on helping children to show their work, which is a key step in making math learning less complex.

Similarly, these AdaptedMind math reviews on Trustpilot highlighted the improvement in the learner’s math knowledge, again commenting on the way the games make it feel less like learning and more like fun.

A small number of reviews like this one on Trustpilot, however, have noted that the learning isn’t aligned with their child’s abilities or grade level, which doesn’t help them improve, as the tasks can get too challenging or complex.

Adapted Mind app reviews: Customer service

In an ideal world, you won’t experience any issues with your child’s learning provider. But we know that sometimes that does happen, so you need to be assured that customer service will support you if you need it. 

AdaptedMind offers multiple contact methods for users trying to reach out to them. So, you can either call or email, and it also offers a FAQ section for some basic self-service.

Now, let’s look at users’ experiences of AdaptedMind’s customer support. This Adapted Minds review on Trustpilot states that the customer service team responded to their request quickly.

Another Adapted Mind math review on BBB highlights the speed of AdaptedMind’s customer service team. When they got in touch following a misspelling in their email address, the team responded within 24 hours.

However, I must also address the small number of negative reviews about AdaptedMind’s customer service. This Adapted Mind Reddit comment highlighted that the user had difficulty cancelling their contract, with little help from the customer service team.

There aren’t many recent reviews that explicitly mention customer service, but those that do are mostly positive. However, a small number of users have reported that the customer support team was unhelpful, which has brought this score down slightly.

Similarly, this review on Trustpilot is positive about the learning platform, but again highlights that it is a costly investment. They also note that the price is $9.95 per subject and not per account, which isn’t detailed on the AdaptedMind website.

Understanding how you can renew or cancel your account is important, too. This user on Trustpilot has stated that AdaptedMind makes it difficult to cancel and auto-renews contracts without prior warning.

This reviewer also stated on Trustpilot, as of May 21, 2025, that they were continually being charged despite cancelling their account, highlighting the potentially widespread nature of this issue.
